Louise Anderson

Ms. Louise Anderson is is Bachelor of Arts  and Bachelor of Laws (Australian National University). She is Chief Executive Officer at the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia, reporting directly to the Chief Justice. She is responsible for the strategic and business planning of the Court, including the human and financial resources and information technology. Since her appointment on 1 July 2015 she has led the development of the Court’s Digital Strategy and overseen the transformation of the Court’s technology services provided to the Judiciary and their support staff. In addition, she has worked closely with the Judiciary on improving the Court’s financial position and the continued delivery of specialized case management support.

Previously, she was CEO and Registrar of the Registrar, Social Security Appeals Tribunal, where she has led the introduction of e-lodgement and the electronic management of hearing papers, improvements to the financial management and reporting systems; and implementation of a national approach to the management of the caseload, along divisional lines. She has also been Deputy Registrar at the Federal Court of Australia.
