Executive Profile

Senior public-sector and judicial administration executive with more than two decades of experience across prosecution, law-enforcement education, the Presidential Administration, and court administration. Since January 2023, serves as Head of the Court Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Holds leadership and advisory roles in international and national judicial bodies, including Vice President of the International Association for Court Administration (IACA).
