Who is Eligible?
Membership Categories and Eligibility
The Association shall include two categories of memberships, individual and organizational.

INDIVIDUAL: Individual memberships shall be extended to those persons directly or indirectly involved in the professional administration of justice who meet the membership qualifications. An individual that was previously employed in a position that was associated with the professional administration of justice is eligible to be a member of the association and may vote, hold office and serve on committees. An individual that is employed by a vendor, contractor or professional association and that individual has not been previously employed in a position that was associated with the professional administration of justice is eligible to be a member of the association but may not hold office or serve on a committee or vote unless approved by the Executive Officers and memorialized in the minutes. |

ORGANIZATIONAL: Organizational membership may be extended to those non-profit organizations, public or private, that share the Association’s mission and its goals and objectives subject to the discretion of the Executive Officers. |
