Stacy Worby

Stacy Worby has served as the State Jury Coordinator for the Alaska Court System since 2016. Prior to that, Stacy worked in the Anchorage Jury Office from 2007 to 2016. In addition, Stacy is also the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator for the court system.

Alaska is a unified court system with 40 jury trial locations statewide. Some of Alaska's jurors live in communities far from their assigned court and travel to court by plane, boat, or even snow machine (snowmobile for non-Alaskans) to fulfill their jury service. Technology is a vital piece of keeping in contact with jurors who are live far from the courthouses and have diverse needs. Stacy was part of the team that created and implemented online jury qualifying questionnaires, text message jury reminders, emailed jury notices, and the juror dashboard, a way for jurors to communicate with the court 24/7.

Stacy has been a member of IACA since 2019.
