Advertising in and Sponsorships for the IJCA

Advertising Policy Statement

In pursuit of its mission, the International Journal on Court Administration accepts responsible advertising from contractors, vendors, suppliers, and institutions that service the extended court, judicial and justice systems communities.  Such service may be provided by way of products, services, support, or developmental advice and consultation.

The Journal’s Executive and Managing Editors reserve the right to refuse any advertising that detracts or may be reasonably perceived as detracting from the overall goals and objectives of the Association and/or the Journal.  Advertising submitted for consideration should convey and reflect professionalism and the intent to contribute toward the improvement in efficiency and function of court, judicial and justice systems and/or the officials and staff employed by them.

 

Advertising Submission Deadlines

The editors and the Association publish two issues of the Journal per year.  Prospective advertisers are requested to submit their copy in the electronic format specified below, unless otherwise advised by Journal staff, no later than May 15 for the June 1 issue and no later than November 15 for the December 1 Issue.

Journal Sustaining Sponsorships

For sustaining Journal supporters, there are five levels of annual sustaining sponsorships.  These sponsorships, renewable annually, help to support the editor’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality, professionalism, and distribution of the Journal to as global an audience as possible and to avoid the need to charge IACA’s members, friends and other interested parties a subscription fee to enable them to access the content.  The levels of sponsorship, amounts and benefits that accrue to sponsors are set forth in the table below:

Technical Specifications

As an online journal, advertisements should be submitted in RGB color.  Acceptable file formats are .JPG, .TIFF, .GIF, and PDF.  Advertisement dimensions are listed below and all are with no bleed.  For two facing full pages, please choose between two full page dimensions or that of a single file.

  • One-half page: 7.5 x 5 inches
  • Full page: 10 x 7.5 inches
  • Two facing full pages: 15 x 10 inches
