Working experience:
1983-1992 in the Republic of Uzbekistan – Assistant of the prosecutor of the Khamza district of Tashkent city; Adviser of the Management for preparation of legislation of the Ministry of Justice; Senior adviser of the Management for Judicial Bodies of the Ministry of Justice; Chief of the Department for Organization of proceeding Criminal and Civil cases of the Management for Judicial Bodies of the Ministry of Justice; Deputy Chief of the Management of Human Recourse of the Ministry of Justice; Chief of Staff and member of the Board of the Ministry of Justice.

1992-2010 in the Republic of Azerbaijan – Deputy Chief of the Department of Legislation and Legal Expertise at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan; First Deputy of the General Prosecutor; Head of the Department of Administrative and Military Legislation at the Staff of Milli Mejlis (Parliament); Judge of the Constitutional Court.
